Befriending your loneliness

I see it that Loneliness is the worlds greatest poverty. The richest persons, icons, celebrities, royalty, can be the loneliness people on Earth.

In a way I was fortunate to be forced to extreme loneliness when the Western Australian government injected Soul destroying drugs into me to a point I couldn't bear a minute in my own presence, no self Love or worth at suicidal point, bored to the hilts. Loneliness bring depression. Then over the years ahead by facing it face -to face, processing it all to reverse that to complete Peace in my solitude. Often we see many of us caught up serving everyone except ourselves and striving to find some form of solitude to find oneself again. Yes Loving ourselves so as to truly Love another.

Daphne Rose Kingma covers Befriending Your Loneliness very well -
"When you're afraid of your loneliness think of it as a strange, exotic animal, a wild creature with which you have yet to get acquainted. It's scary, this curious animal, because it's unfamiliar. You don't know how to treat it; you don't know how it will treat you.

But loneliness, accepted, can turn to alone-ness, and aloneness, in time, to solitude. Solitude is a beautiful, quite state, one in which, instead of fearing the strange mysterious animal, you can look into its eyes and come quietly face-to-face with the beauty in yourself.

"Do you sit comfortable in your own space, personally I Love it, Love the solitude, place of Peace and clear thinking. However many don't sit well and chase after a companion just for the sake of it then wonder why it is short lived. The more we Love ourselves the greater relationship we shall have around us.
